Job Description

Our Wellington branch is seeking an experienced Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for a regional hub of our clinic network. The role will be based at the Porirua clinic and you will remotely engage with other branches. 

This role offers growth, development and opportunities to excel all the while promoting a flexible work / life arrangement.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Manage clinician diary for efficient scheduling
  • Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments
  • Process client payments and maintain banking records
  • Manage debtor control

The ideal candidate:

  • Warm and approachable – a friendly manner is key!
  • Previous experience in a customer facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare
  • Sound skills using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
