We are looking for an allied health clinician who is a service delivery leader with proven experience in the Training for Independance (TI) programme. If you are a service development and quality assurance pro, who can support and work with our clinicians, managers and clinical leads to ensure keen operational oversight, we want to hear from you!
As the Service Lead, you will have your own clinical caseload, and can work autonomously, providing strong service delivery in TI.
You will work with a knowledgeable and diverse team to give our clients what they have come to expect of Habit Health – the very best in treatment and rehabilitative care.
We are flexible with the primary location of this role and the chosen candidate can be based in any of our branches across Aotearoa!
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor / improve service performance in conjunction with your clinical and regional team
- Liaise with key clients while identifying methods for service improvements
- Build internal referral networks with other services within your group
- Lead the quality, accuracy and timeliness of services provided by the clinicians

The ideal candidate:
- Annual practicing certificate as a registered allied health professional
- Five plus years’ clinical experience as you will have a clinical caseload
- An adaptable communication style that enables you to build rapport and strong relationships
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
