Habit Health's head office in the heart of Wellington's CBD is looking for a Finance Manager to drive excellence across our multi-entity business. This role reports to the Financial Controller and we are looking for someone to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring best practices across all entities
- Own financial controls, reporting and compliance, partnering with senior leaders
- Drive process improvements and support business growth, including M&A integrations
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO to deliver insights that shape our future

The ideal candidate:
- A CA/CPA-qualified leader with sharp intellect and commercial mindset
- At least 3-5 years in senior finance roles, managing teams in complex, multi-entity environments
- Hands-on and solutions-focused, with strong execution and decision-making skills
- You love a challenge, thrive in change and are ready to make a real impact
