Job Description

Our Addington clinic in Christchurch is looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.  We are looking for a skilled clinician who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in TI, Pain and Concussion contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in community rehab, where they can really support Habit's clients. 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
  • Liaise with allied health team members
  • Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
  • Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
  • Neuro experience is essential
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
  • Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
