An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Executive Assistant to make their mark in providing excellent administrative support to our CEO and wider executive leadership team. We are looking for someone who has a knack for managing people and business-associated tasks, while also being a go-getter at running the office.
You will be efficient in tracking / running the changing needs of the Chief Executive's schedule and diary whilst providing administrative support to the Head Office should it be required. In turn, we will provide you with every opportunity to upskill, continue learning and being part of a busy yet fun-loving team.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's diary, prioritising appointment requests to efficiently accommodate any last minute changes
- Ensure the Chief Executive's schedule runs on time, managing any delays or cancellations
- Prepare for meetings in advance - organising documents, setting up the meeting room, ensuring the CEO has all information needed etc
- Take meeting minutes

The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 4-5 years in a PA / EA role, preferably providing support to senior levels in a large organisation
- Ability to proficiently diary manage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve / think on your feet
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively - as a representative for the Chief Executive and the Board, you will be a star communicator
- Integrity and professional in your day-to-day dealings
