As an EAP Psychologist, you'll pay a pivotal role in delivering confidential, short-term psychological support to employees across Aotearoa. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, presenting with workplace, personal, and organisational challenges from stress and burnout to trauma, change and leadership growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions in a short-term, goal focused EAP framework
- Support individuals and teams to navigate life and workplace challenges
- Collaborate with organisations to promote mental wellbeing, resilience and high performance
- Contribute to innovation wellbeing initiatives including hormonal health, trauma0informated care, and preventative wellbeing solutions

The ideal candidate:
- MA / PG Dip / DClin or similar qualification in psychology
- Registration with New Zealand Psychologists Board as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist and a current APC
- Membership with a recognised professional body such as New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologist or New Zealand Psychologist Society
- Minimum 3 years post-registration clinical experience (EAP, counselling, or mental health settings preferred)
- Excellent communication, cultural competency, and a strong clinical judgement
- An approachable, people-centred disposition and a passion for proactive workplace wellbeing
For Psychologists based overseas:
- As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
- Support in gaining registration with the NZ Psychologists Board
- Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
