Job Description

Habit Health is a nationwide healthcare provider, specialising in the rehabilitation space. We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realise their full potential. 

Our Auckland team is looking for two Employment Consultants who strive to help people flourish and achieve vocational independence.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Source employment vacancies via face-to-face employer visits and online
  • Prepare clients for job interviews
  • Job applications
  • Problem solves with a client about barriers to work
  • Support clients once placed into work

The ideal candidate:

  • Recent experience in providing career guidance
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Well-developed employer networks and ability to promote clients for work experience or paid work
