Our busy clinic in the heart of Wellington CBD is looking for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

This is a role open to clinicians who have a minimum of 3-4 years under their belt and can hit the ground running. This is a fantastic role for a clinician looking to move towards that leadership pathway. 

Our OTs work on a variety of contracts including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab, Pain and TI. There are many streams to grow in and lead from. 

Main responsibilities:  

• Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
• Liaise with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
• Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
• Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

• Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
• Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
• Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
• Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
