Habit Health is one of New Zealand’s largest integrated health providers, supporting people on their physical and mental health journeys. We are looking for a Clinical Lead to oversee and grow our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physio service in Otago and Southland, playing a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care across these regions. 

We are seeking a driven experienced Physiotherapist for an exciting Clinical Lead role in the MSK space. You’ll combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership in shaping and growing service delivery, mentoring a high performing team and driving best-practice care for clients managing their injury journey.

This is a senior role whereby the successful candidate is required to have 5+years' clinical experience in MSK Physio. You will form part of the regional Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Performance Manager and Regional Manager to champion excellence, uphold our values, and foster a strong, positive team culture. 

Main responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with the MSK Physio Service Lead,other clinical leads across the country and the Regional Manager to ensure delivery of a high quality and efficient MSK Physio Service. 
• Provide clinical support and mentoring for our MSK Physio team in Otago and Incercargill.
• Build positive relationships with community stakeholders including schools, workplaces and sports clubs.
• Manage your clinical caseload whilst promoting high quality and integrated patient care.

The ideal candidate:

• Annual practicing certification as a registered Physiotherapist
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!
• Five plus years’ experience in a clinical role – leadership skills a HUGE plus
• ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation 
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence, as this role will require some travel between regions.
