Our East Tamaki branch is seeking a keen and helpful Business Services Support (level 1) professional to provide front-line IT support with excellent customer service and communication. You will be one of the IT team's go-to people for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues as they arise and escalating user / service requests via a ticketing system, liaising with vendors and employees alike. We're looking for a real go-getter who can liaise with the services team and provide support on applications as well when needed. 

This entry-level position is ideal for someone beginning their career in IT. We welcome applications from recent graduates or candidates with equivalent experience who are motivated to build their technical skills and gain hands-on experience.

Main responsibilities:  
•    Provide level 1 IT support: ticket triaging, follow-ups on overdue tickets, basic troubleshooting, printer / driver installation etc
•    Light documentation development
•    Backup monitoring

The ideal candidate:
•    Relevant tertiary ICT qualifications
•    A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience is beneficial (entry-level applicants considered). •    Approachable and friendly 
•    Good communicator with exceptional people skills
