About the Role...
As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and data systems. You’ll design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and drive adoption across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Rehab, EAP, Support Functions, and Commercial teams, translating complex requirements into actionable insights.
A Day in the Life...
- Build scalable and visually clear Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Validate and map data sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with our external data warehouse team to optimise reporting processes.
- Lead testing, deployment, and user training for new and updated reports.
- Champion data literacy and continuous improvement across the business.
The successful candidate will have...
- Proven experience building Power BI reports and datasets.
- Strong DAX skills and understanding of data modelling principles.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relational data, warehouses, and ETL concepts.
- Experience in healthcare or service delivery environments. (preferred)
- Familiarity with finance and operational metrics. (preferred)
- Experience working with external data warehouse vendors. (preferred)
