We’re looking for friendly and organised Clinic Call Centre Administrator to join our growing team. These roles will support clinics across either Whangārei and Auckland, or Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Hawke’s Bay.
This is a key frontline role where you’ll be supporting multiple clinic locations and ensuring our clients receive a professional, welcoming experience every time they connect with us.
This will be a fixed term part time role. (20 hours a week-Mon-Wed)
Main responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls for multiple clinic locations in a timely and professional manner
- Managing clinician diaries to support efficient and effective scheduling
- Making outbound calls to follow up on bookings, client queries, appointment confirmations, and rescheduling needs

The ideal candidate:
- Warm, approachable manner — friendliness is key
- Previous experience in a call centre or administrative role, ideally within healthcare
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full, valid New Zealand driver licence
