Job Description

Habit Health is a nationwide healthcare provider, specialising in the rehabilitation space. We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realise their full potential.

Our Petone branch is seeking an experienced Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for our Occupational Health Services. The role will be based at the Cuba street clinic, and you will remotely engage with other branches.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collect and accurately record customer information
  • Manage customer and client requests
  • Schedule and manage work requests
  • Process and schedule nursing bookings and assessments

The ideal candidate:

  • Warm and approachable – a friendly manner is key!
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare, is desirable
  • Sound skills using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
