With growing demand across ACC, MSD and private services, we’re looking for an experienced Vocational Consultant who’s ready to make a real impact. Based in either Tauranga or Rotorua, this role works closely with ACC and MSD clients, guiding them on meaningful journeys back to work and independence.
A current CDANZ membership is essential for this position.
Main responsibilities:
- Handle claims, reporting to ACC with a sense of urgency
- Carry out career competencies assessments for rehabilitation clients
- Create action plans for career change / development
- Ensure physical rehabilitation needs are prioritised and put in place
- Must be able to undertake Occupational Assessments

The ideal candidate:
- Tertiary qualification - Full or Professional Membership of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (or eligibility to gain membership)
- We’re looking for an analytical thinker who is quick to problem-solve
