Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team on the Kapiti Coast.
About the role...
As a Lead Physiotherapist at Habit Health, you’ll deliver high-quality, best-practice physiotherapy services across musculoskeletal clinics and community-based rehabilitation settings. The Lead Physiotherapist will be seen as an advanced practitioner who delivers quality best practice clinical delivery and assists Physiotherapist staff with clinical development. This role maintains a clinical caseload and works autonomously.
A day in the life...
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation services
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, driving improvements
- Manage clinic diaries, capacity, and workload allocation
- Build strong relationships with ACC, referrers, and community partners
- Lead, coach, and support clinical and admin staff
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, contracts, and SOPs
- Represent Habit Health through positive leadership and professional standards
The successful candidate will have...
- An NZ recognised Physiotherapy qualification
- Current PBNZ registration and Annual Practising Certificate
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- A client-centred, outcomes-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Full NZ driver's licence
