Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team on the Kapiti Coast. 

About the role...

As a Lead Physiotherapist at Habit Health, you’ll deliver high-quality, best-practice physiotherapy services across musculoskeletal clinics and community-based rehabilitation settings. The Lead Physiotherapist will be seen as an advanced practitioner who delivers quality best practice clinical delivery and assists Physiotherapist staff with clinical development. This role maintains a clinical caseload and works autonomously.

A day in the life...

  • Deliver high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation services
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, driving improvements
  • Manage clinic diaries, capacity, and workload allocation
  • Build strong relationships with ACC, referrers, and community partners
  • Lead, coach, and support clinical and admin staff
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, contracts, and SOPs
  • Represent Habit Health through positive leadership and professional standards

The successful candidate will have...

  • An NZ recognised Physiotherapy qualification
  • Current PBNZ registration and Annual Practising Certificate
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • A client-centred, outcomes-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Full NZ driver's licence
