Job Description

Habit Health is looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function and play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. About the Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will own and lead the Group's partnering function, financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and treasury oversight. This role is instrumental in partnering with senior leaders across the organisation, embedding robust planning processes, enhancing financial insight, and supporting informed commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercial insights that support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with operational and senior leadership teams to strengthen financial accountability and performance. 
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Delivering meaningful performance reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Driving adoption and continuous improvement of financial planning systems and frameworks.
  • Managing Group treasury activities, cashflow forecasting, covenant reporting, and lender relationships.

About You
You are a qualified finance professional who combines strong commercial acumen with technical expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA).
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior commercial finance or FP&A role.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-entity organisations.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing team members.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with planning and finance systems, ideally Workday Adaptive, Sage Intacct, and Power BI.
