We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Wellington, with a strong focus on vocational rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity to help clients overcome barriers to employment, support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver vocational rehabilitation services in workplace, community, and clinic settings
- Complete vocational assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
- Support clients with return-to-work planning, worksite assessments, and graduated return-to-work programmes
- Liaise with employers, ACC, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Manage your caseload using our clinical systems

About you
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a current New Zealand APC
- Previous experience in vocational rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work services, or ACC contracts is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of workplace assessments and return-to-work planning
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Full New Zealand driver's licence for community-based rehabilitation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their rehabilitation and employment goals
