We're looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Petone or Wellington CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician with expertise in pain management and concussion rehabilitation who is looking to take the next step in their career while working alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals.

You'll play a key role in supporting clients with complex rehabilitation needs, delivering evidence-based interventions, and contributing to excellent client outcomes across a range of ACC-funded services.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver pain management and concussion rehabilitation programmes
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans
• Support clients to achieve meaningful functional, social, and vocational goals
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes
• Provide clinical guidance and support to less experienced clinicians
• Build strong relationships with ACC, clients, whānau, employers, and other stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
• Manage your caseload effectively using our clinical systems

About you

• Registered Occupational Therapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Minimum 3+ years' Occupational Therapy experience
• Previous experience in pain management and concussion rehabilitation is essential
• Strong understanding of ACC rehabilitation contracts and client-centred practice
• Excellent clinical reasoning, report writing, and communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
