About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of injury claims, ensuring services are delivered in line with ACC legislation, client service agreements, and quality standards. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate rehabilitation services, provide expert advice, and support positive recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of workplace and non-workplace injury claims.
• Coordinate rehabilitation services and facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, injured employees, medical providers, and ACC.
• Ensure compliance with ACC legislation, service agreements, audit standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Code of Claimant Rights.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to business growth.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and health and safety excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent administration and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• A quick learner who is eager to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• ACC experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
